In my opinion, this is one of the most beautiful beaches in the United States. Clean and unspoiled by snack shacks, piers, etc. After Labor Day it's almost empty. The parking lot is well paved but not terribly big. Be aware that the walk from the parking lot to the beach is very steep and sandy, so ...

One of our favorite beaches in Wellfleet. Beach pass needed. Lifeguard always on duty during peak season. Bathrooms and emergency call phone. There is always plenty of room on this beach and is never over crowded. There is a dune to walk down.
