Room clean in appearance but not well lit. Slightly musty odor, windows very thin so road noise and airport noise might be a bother. I was fine with it. I wore slippers at all times, bed was okay. Based upon 2 level motel design of the 50s.

Guy who owns it is pretty nice guy. Rooms are older and it's cheaper than big commercial hotels in Cape cod. If on a budget. I recommend this place.
